Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. seeks a seasoned Benefits Director to lead strategy and execution across Europe and the META region. You will partner with business leaders to shape pension and health programs, governance, and cost management while driving talent attraction and retention.

The role requires 10+ years in benefits leadership, strong analytical and stakeholder skills, and fluency in English. International experience and a track record of complex regional projects are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in benefits, retirement, pension, or Total Rewards leadership roles.
• Significant experience managing benefits programs across multiple European countries and the META region.
• Deep knowledge of pension and defined contribution retirement plans, healthcare programs, and vendor management.
• Demonstrated success leading complex regional projects and transformations.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction and governance of regional pension and retirement programs across Europe and META.
• Oversee regional medical, wellness, life, disability, and other health-related benefit programs.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, governance, and procurement activities.
• Develop multi-year retirement strategies balancing readiness, cost, and competitiveness.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Tax, and external advisors to manage risks and fiduciaries.
