Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a Director of Operations for Europe & META to translate strategy into scalable execution across a complex multi-country environment. You will establish regional operating rhythms, governance, and performance management to drive profitable growth and exceptional customer outcomes.

You will partner with Sales, Engineering, Projects, and Finance to ensure capacity, capabilities, and accountability.

Qualifications

10+ years in operations, services, project delivery, or related discipline.
Experience leading operations across multiple countries, sites, or business units.
Strong commercial and financial acumen translating growth strategies into execution.
Experience building management operating systems, KPIs, capacity plans, reviews, and continuous improvement.
Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills.
Ability to operate effectively across cultures and geographies.
Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management, or equivalent operational excellence experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the Multi-Site operating model across Europe and META with consistent execution.
Translate business strategy into operating plans, priorities, and resource needs.
Establish a management operating system with KPIs, reviews, escalation, and accountability.
Own regional cadence: weekly reviews, KPI reporting, forecasts, and recovery plans.
Drive predictable execution across opportunity handoff, mobilization, delivery, and support.
Identify and remove barriers impacting revenue, quality, and schedule.
