Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking an experienced Benefits Director to lead pension, retirement, and health benefits across Europe and the META region. You will partner with business leaders to design strategies that attract and retain talent while aligning with growth objectives.

The role requires strong governance, fiduciary oversight, budget management, and effective vendor relationships with insurers and consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in benefits, retirement, pension, or Total Rewards.
• Experience across multiple European countries and the META region.
• Deep knowledge of pension plans, healthcare programs, and vendor management.
• English fluency; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead pension and retirement programs across Europe and META.
• Advise executive leadership on plan design and funding.
• Oversee governance, fiduciary oversight, and compliance.
• Manage relationships with insurers, brokers, and consultants.
• Develop multi-year retirement strategies balancing cost and benefits.
• Monitor funding, actuarial valuations, and investment performance.
