Job summary

OrderYOYO is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager in the Birmingham area to grow new business and nurture existing restaurant partners. You will split time between prospecting, closing deals, and building long-term relationships, with a field-based approach and frequent in-person visits.

You’ll earn a £30,000 base salary with uncapped bonus – average earners bring in around £1,500 per month in commission, plus a company car (VW T-Roc) and fuel card.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of hitting sales targets and KPIs.
• Experience developing new business through proactive prospecting and cold calling, plus growing existing accounts.
• Confident building and maintaining long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Comfortable using CRM systems to manage your pipeline, visits, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Grow your estate through New Business sales (80% of time).
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with restaurant partners to help them grow.
• Manage CRM pipeline, track visits, and report on performance.
