Job summary

SMC Corporation UK Ltd is seeking a Regional Sales Consultant to drive growth in the machine and device manufacturing sector from Milton Keynes. You will own the full sales cycle, engaging with senior decision-makers and engineers to tailor solutions that meet technical and commercial needs.

You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage accounts, and build lasting relationships with customers and distribution partners, using our CRM to track activities and contribute to team targets.

Qualifications

• Engineering-based technical qualification is advantageous.
• Strong track record in sales within related industries.
• Current driving licence and passport for travel.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop sales by understanding customer needs and building relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
• Maintain relationships with distribution partners.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
