• Strong technical understanding of automation and fluid control is advantageous.

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop sales by understanding customer needs and building strong relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
• Maintain good working relationships with our distribution sales partners.
