Job summary

Malmaison Hotel Du Vin Holdings Limited is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in operating and maintaining our boutique hotels across the North region. The role involves vendor management, safety compliance, budget support, and advancing sustainable practices across multiple sites from Manchester outward.

You will liaise with internal teams, finance, development managers and contractors to ensure high standards of property performance, safety and guest

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple properties or maintenance teams in hospitality.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day property operations and site visits.
• Support Maintenance Managers and their teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers and ensure timely service delivery.
• Monitor property spend, budgets and identify cost-efficiency opportunities.
• Assist with regular inspections, audits and compliance with safety/building regulations.
• Support energy efficiency, waste management and ESG initiatives with data collection.
