Job summary

ASDA in Perth seeks an Asset Construction Manager to lead retail asset projects across Scotland, Northern Ireland and the North of England. You will oversee cost, schedule and quality while maintaining high safety standards and coordinating with external design teams.

The role requires travelling across regions and delivering on-time project milestones in line with the ASDA model specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience leading asset construction projects in retail or commercial sectors.
• Ability to manage scope, cost, schedule and quality across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of safety, health and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a varied range of retail asset projects including car parks and store enhancements within Scotland, NI and North of England.
• Lead external design teams, coordinate design meetings and site visits, ensuring cost, time and quality targets.
• Develop programmes, mitigate risks and maintain project controls and governance.
• Ensure CDM compliance and alignment with ASDA Ways of Working.
• Collaborate with City FM to ensure cross-area alignment and lifecycle improvements.
