ASDA Stores Ltd is seeking an Asset Construction Manager based at ASDA House with field-based duties. The role combines leadership of retail asset projects across Scotland, Northern Ireland and the North of England with strong oversight of design teams, cost control and program schedules.

You will work within a hybrid model, balancing collaboration days in offices with travel to stores and depots to ensure projects meet ASDA's model specifications and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver retail asset projects across Scotland, Northern Ireland and the North of England.
• Lead external Design Team through design and site meetings to meet cost, programme and quality within store enhancements and standalone assets.
