Asda is seeking an Asset Construction Manager based in Scotland with a field-based role to deliver a varied range of retail asset projects, car parks and store enhancements across Scotland, Northern Ireland and the North of England.

You will lead an external design team through design and site meetings, control cost, programme and risk, ensure CDM compliance, and align work with the Asda model specification alongside City FM.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a varied range of retail asset projects, car parks and store enhancements across the region.
• Lead an external design team through design meetings and site meetings to ensure scope is delivered to cost, programme and quality.
• Develop programme and cost control, identify and mitigate risks within the project scope.
• Manage project costs and ensure adherence to financial processes and CDM regulations.
• Work with City FM to align across work areas and ensure the Asda model specification is followed.
• Highlight innovative construction initiatives to improve lifecycle costing and EDLC, engaging stakeholders for scheme approvals.
