Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is recruiting for an Area Sales Manager – Power Generation in the UK, covering the South and North regions. You will sell generators, light towers and storage solutions to plant hire companies, resellers and distributors, driving growth and hitting targets.

The role requires a proven power generation sales background, strong negotiation and CRM/IT literacy. Travel across regions is expected, with a competitive package including bonuses and a car option.

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling power generation equipment.
• Construction hire equipment backgrounds preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work independently.
• CRM/IT literate with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell generators from small portable units to large industrial diesel/gas units.
• Promote light towers and battery storage solutions.
• Sell into plant hire companies, resellers and distributors of generators.
• Manage area turnover targets and CRM reporting.
• Forecast and sales analysis to drive growth.
• Negotiate commercial offers with customers.
