Ashby Jenkins Recruitment Ltd is inviting applications for an Area Fundraising Lead role at a respected children's charity. This hybrid Kent position (2-3 days onsite) offers a salary of £38,000–£40,000 and a permanent contract.

The post reports to the Director of Fundraising, Marketing and Communications and requires leading a regional fundraising team, driving income growth and strong supporter engagement across multiple activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in community, regional or relationship fundraising, with a track record of delivering income growth and fundraising targets.
• Significant experience of leading, managing and developing teams, including delivering against KPIs and objectives.
• Strong stakeholder management, budgeting and performance analysis skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a regional fundraising team to deliver income and engagement targets.
• Personally manage key relationships with businesses, schools, community groups and supporters.
• Identify and secure new fundraising opportunities and represent the charity at events and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate across fundraising, marketing and service delivery teams to maximise supporter engagement and sustainable income growth.
