Juice Recruitment is seeking a Regional Area Manager for a leading Facilities Management organisation. You will oversee cleaning operations across Bristol, Weston-super-Mare and Gloucester, with regular travel between sites.

The role offers remote working with an office option in Weston-super-Mare. This position suits an experienced Area Manager aiming to progress, with hands-on leadership of site teams, keeping service quality high and client relationships strong.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel within region.

Responsibilities

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading Facilities Management organisation in their search for a Regional Area Manager to join their team.

The role offers remote working, with the option to work from the company’s office in Weston-super-Mare if preferred. You will be responsible for overseeing cleaning operations across Bristol, Weston-super-Mare and Gloucester, with regular travel between sites.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Area Manager looking to progress into a Regional Management position, or an established Regional Manager seeking their next challenge.

You will be responsible for managing site teams, maintaining high standards of service delivery, supporting day-to-day operations and building strong client relationships. The successful candidate will be hands‑on, commercially aware and confident managing multiple sites, with a proactive approach to improving operational performance and supporting business growth.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overseeing cleaning operations across multiple sites within the region.
• Managing, supporting and developing Site Supervisors and cleaning teams.
• Conducting regular site visits, inspections and quality checks.
• Providing hands‑on cleaning support and operational cover when required.
• Managing staffing levels, rotas, attendance and payroll processes.
• Monitoring operational costs, budgets and financial performance.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and site contacts.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, COSHH and company procedures.
• Identifying opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency and team performance.
• Supporting regional growth and developing existing client relationships.

YOU WILL HAVE:

• Previous experience within contract cleaning, facilities management or a similar operational environment.
• Experience managing multiple sites, cleaning teams or Site Supervisors.
• A hands‑on approach and the ability to support operational teams when required.
• Strong organisational, communication and people management skills.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of operational budgets and financial performance is preferable.
• A full UK manual driving licence and the ability to travel throughout the region.
