Juice Recruitment is seeking a Regional Area Manager for a leading Facilities Management organisation. You will oversee cleaning operations across Bristol, Weston-super-Mare and Gloucester, with regular travel between sites.

The role offers remote working with an office option in Weston-super-Mare. This position suits an experienced Area Manager aiming to progress, with hands-on leadership of site teams, keeping service quality high and client relationships strong.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract cleaning or facilities management.
• Experience managing multiple sites and site supervisors.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel within region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites in the region.
• Manage and develop site supervisors and cleaning teams.
• Conduct regular site visits, inspections and quality checks.
• Provide hands-on cleaning support and cover as required.
• Manage staffing levels, rotas, attendance and payroll.
• Monitor costs, budgets and financial performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and site contacts.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, COSHH and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Support regional growth and client relationships.
