Job summary

Nissan is seeking a field-based Aftersales Operations professional in the United Kingdom. You will oversee 21 dealers in the southern region, driving efficiency and customer service leadership across the Nissan dealer network.

Key responsibilities include delivering parts and loyalty product sales, improving dealer performance, and leading reporting and forecasting activities to HQ. Travel across the UK is required, with a full UK driving licence essential.

Qualifications

• Field-based role requiring travel across locations in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience working with dealer networks and KPI driven performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance for dealers across key metrics (Customer quality, parts sales turnover, service retention, loyalty products).
• Manage dealer dispersion via Aftersales Balanced Scorecard and implement action plans.
• Track bonus achievement vs targets and report progress.
• Provide weekly forecast of aftersales turnover for each dealer/group to HQ.
• Engage Senior Dealership Management to address opportunities and issues in Aftersales.
• Promote sale of Nissan associated business products and Aftersales campaigns.
• Contribute to capacity planning to right-size operations for opportunities.
