Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of biopharmaceutical industry experience, with significant focus in hematology/oncology and transplant.
• Experience with academic medical centers and transplant programs is required.
• BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement across major academic transplant centers and key accounts to optimize adoption and integration of Omisirge and APHEXDA.
• Promote products with credible, value-based messaging to transplant physicians and key stakeholders.
• Establish trusted relationships within transplant centers with deep clinical knowledge in hematology and transplant.
• Develop short and long-term strategic account plans for each key account with cross-functional partners.
• Drive execution of account-specific plans to increase utilization and patient access.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities within each account to optimize outcomes.
• Monitor progress against objectives and KPIs and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Market Access to support clinical adoption and reimbursement.
