Inizio Engage is delighted to be partnering with a leading pharmaceutical client to recruit a Key Account Manager with expertise in haem-oncology, covering the NENC and Yorkshire territory. This is a standout opportunity for a highly driven and strategic sales professional to join a high-performing team with a market-leading oncology product and a robust pipeline.

We are looking for someone who is not only experienced in managing key accounts, but also passionate about oncology and making a tangible difference in the lives of patients. If you're a self-starter with strong existing customer relationships and the ability to hit the ground running, this role could be for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive usage of promoted products to achieve and exceed sales, market share, and profitability targets across the territory.
  • Develop and execute robust account plans tailored to the needs of each customer and aligned with business objectives.
  • Quickly establish strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a valued partner to support optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders to implement account strategies and overcome access barriers.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the local NHS environment, hospital procurement processes, and regional dynamics affecting haem-oncology.
What We're Looking For

Proven senior Key Account Management experience within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with exposure to haematology or oncology.

  • A strong track record of delivering sales success and driving business growth through account-based strategies.
  • Deep understanding of the NHS structure, hospital procurement, and access pathways.
  • Ability to build relationships quickly, with both new and existing customers, and leverage these to drive activity and outcomes.
  • A self-motivated, results-focused mindset, with the capability to work autonomously and make an immediate impact.
