We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager, known internally as Regional Account Manager, to join our team, driving share of wallet and new business growth.
This is a varied role with plenty of room to make it your own. You’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional standard of service to customers and driving new business growth.
We support our customers to ensure they have all the parts, spares, and tooling they need to operate, and we work hard to obtain the best deals with suppliers.
Our Regional Account Managers build customer relationships within their territory, increase customer spend, and identify new customers to help us grow and develop.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of your sales pipeline and collaborate with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal product specialists to improve your customers’ businesses by reducing costs and increasing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Our Regional Account Managers work with major manufacturing clients to ensure they have the parts, spares, PPE, and tools needed to stay operational.
You will build and maintain customer relationships, increase customer spend, and identify new customers for growth.
Experience in manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or a trade environment is preferred, but full training will be provided, so don’t let this stop you from applying!
