The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager, known internally as Regional Account Manager, to join our team, driving share of wallet and new business growth.

This is a varied role with plenty of room to make it your own. You’ll deliver exceptional service to customers, drive new business, and support customers with parts, spares, and tooling needs, while working to secure the best deals with suppliers.

Regional Account Managers build customer relationships, increase customer spend, and identify new customers to help us grow. You’ll own your sales pipeline and collaborate with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal specialists to improve customer businesses by reducing costs and enhancing efficiency.

This role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to UK manufacturing improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain customer relationships within your territory.
  • Increase customer spend and develop new customer accounts.
  • Utilize CRM systems and KPIs to manage and grow your territory and customer base.
