Job summary

QS Recruitment is seeking a Waste Collection Operative for our Caenby Corner operation, supporting waste collection services across Gainsborough. You will work with a crew to collect household waste, reporting to the depot and performing heavy outdoor duties in all weather, while maintaining safety and teamwork.

The role is temporary with long-term opportunities. Starting hourly rate £12.85, with overtime after 37 hours and up to 28 days of holiday per year.

• Manual handling throughout the shift

• Working outdoors in all weather conditions

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: You will have a starting wage of £12.85 per hour. (up to £650 per week)Overtime on all hours after 37 hours paid at time and a half.You will accrue up to 28 days holiday per year.Please note we do not offer sponsorship.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday0700 startAveraging 9 hour shiftsSaturdays required on the week leading up to bank holiday.
