Job summary

Quality Service Recruitment Limited is seeking Waste Collection Operatives for Caenby Corner, supporting waste collection services across Gainsborough. You will report to the depot, collect and load household waste, and work outdoors in all weather. The role is long-term with permanent opportunities.

Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, and capable of physical work as part of a team. Salary starts at £12.85 per hour, with overtime after 37 hours and a weekly cap of around £650, plus up to 28

Monday - Friday

0700 start

Averaging 9 hour shifts

Saturdays required on the week leading up to bank holiday.

You will have a starting wage of £12.85 per hour. (up to £650 per week)

Overtime on all hours after 37 hours paid at time and a half.

You will accrue up to 28 days holiday per year.
