Job summary

QS Recruitment is seeking Refuse Loading Assistants for local waste collection teams in the Swadlincote area. This temporary role involves outdoor physical work loading household and garden waste bins as part of a crew.

You will start immediately for the right candidate, with Monday to Friday shifts from 06:00 to around 14:30. A local living area or transport is preferred due to shift patterns.

• Experience in outdoor/physically demanding role required.
• Must be reliable and a team player.
• Live local and/or have own transport due to shift times/locations.

Responsibilities

• Load and collect household and garden waste bins as part of a team.
• Work with fellow loaders to complete daily collection routes.
• Adhere to schedule: 06:00 to around 14:30, Monday to Friday.

Job Description

REFUSE LOADING ASSISTANTS REQUIRED.
As a bin loader you are responsible for the collection of household and garden waste bins meaning you play a vital role within the local area. You will go out with a team of fellow loaders so working hard as a team player is required.

Duration: This role offers ongoing work with an immediate start for the right candidate.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: The hourly rate of pay for this role is £13.26.Holiday is accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata.We do not offer visa sponsorships.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 and work until around 14:30.
