Job summary

QS Recruitment is seeking hardworking individuals to join a local outdoor loader team in Market Harborough. You will collect waste and recycling from trucks and work outdoors in all weather, with elements of heavy lifting and plenty of walking.

Hours are 06:45 to finish, Tuesday to Friday, four days per week, up to 39 hours. This temporary contract offers £12.71 per hour and holiday pay up to 28 days per year (pro rata). Closing date: 20261018. Immediate start following interview.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of working outdoors would be a benefit.
• Due to the location, you must have your own transport to get to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Work outdoors collecting waste and recycling locally and in surrounding areas.
• There are elements of heavy lifting and you will be on your feet all day in safety boots.

We are looking for hard-working, reliable team players to support our client in the Market Harborough area. You will be working outdoors as a loader with a team. Going out on the trucks, you will be collecting waste and recycling locally and in the surrounding areas. This job requires you to work outdoors no matter what the weather. There are elements of heavy lifting, and you will be on your feet all day, walking in safety boots. You must be physically fit for this position.

Hourly Rate: This role pays £12.71 per hour.Holiday pay up to 28 days per year, pro rata.We do not offer Visa Sponsorships.

Working Hours: Enjoy a 3 day weekend every week with this 4 day working week. This is a Tuesday to Friday position working from 06:45. Finish times will vary daily but you can expect to work up to 39 hours per week.
