Branta Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager for fast-paced refurbishment projects west of London. You will lead subcontractors, enforce health and safety standards, and work in a government-site environment.

The role requires overseeing delivery to technical specs, maintaining site logs, and providing smooth handovers for day teams, with flexibility for night shifts and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Experience in refurbishment projects, with flooring or high-spec fit-outs.
• Valid SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
• First Aid at Work certification preferred.
• CSCS card (Black or Gold preferred).
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends.
• Experience with government-site works and health & safety standards.
