Job summary

Nottingham Community Housing Association Limited is seeking an experienced Manager to lead Refuge, Outreach and CYP teams, ensuring safe, effective services for survivors of domestic abuse. The role involves driving continuous improvement and working closely with the Derbyshire WISH team to support adults and children.

The role is full-time (37 hours), requires an Enhanced DBS and a DVLA check in pre-employment screening, and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading frontline teams in domestic abuse or victim services.
• NVQ Level 3 / QCF Diploma Level 3 in Management or Leadership or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead Refuge, Outreach and CYP teams and provide line management.
• Oversee day-to-day operation and business continuity of refuge services.
• Manage performance, wellbeing, training and professional development needs.
• Build relationships with external partners and stakeholders; ensure safeguarding and health & safety compliance.
• Support recruitment, induction and workforce planning activities.
