Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is seeking a Team Manager for Domestic Abuse Housing & Support Services in Nottingham. You will lead a team delivering trauma-informed, survivor-centred support to women and children, oversee safeguarding, risk management and partnerships, and contribute to ongoing service improvement.

The role requires leadership experience, strong safeguarding knowledge and the ability to work flexibly in a hybrid setting. DBS check is required and the post is women-only in focus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in domestic abuse or safeguarding contexts.
• Proven ability to manage risk and safeguarding processes.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of trauma-informed, survivor-centred support for women and children.
• Oversee service delivery, safeguarding, risk management and case coordination.
• Represent the service in multi-agency settings and forums.
• Support recruitment, induction and ongoing staff development.
• Drive continuous service improvement and data quality.
