Every year, Staffordshire Women's Aid helps hundreds of women and children move from crisis to safety. This role sits right at the centre of how we do that, and how we grow to do more of it.
As a Refuge Support Practitioner, you will deliver practical and emotional support using a trauma-informed, recovery-focused approach. You will work collaboratively with women to increase their safety, wellbeing, confidence, resilience and independence, responding to their individual needs and circumstances.

You will work alongside women and children to achieve positive outcomes, supporting them to access appropriate services, secure safe accommodation and build sustainable futures free from abuse.
The role requires effective multi-agency working to ensure the needs of women and children are met.
