Salvation Army Homes is seeking a Deputy Manager to support survivors of domestic abuse in our Refuge service in London. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will help shape the service to deliver person-centred support and work with a team to achieve positive outcomes for residents.

The successful candidate will have experience with vulnerable adults, strong leadership, and a commitment to safeguarding. This role involves occasional evenings, weekend work and on-call duties as part of the rota.

Qualifications

• Some experience of working with vulnerable adults or survivors of domestic abuse.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsabilités

• Support the Manager to deliver person centred support.
• Line manage support workers and housing management worker.
• Drive service development and improvement.
• Work with stakeholder partners to enhance networks and outcomes.
• Ensure legal, organisational and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to organisational goals through training, working groups and national programmes.
