Salvation Army Homes is seeking a Deputy Manager to support survivors of domestic abuse in our Refuge service. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will shape the service to deliver positive, people‑focussed support and work with a team to achieve the best outcomes for residents.

You will line manage support workers, drive service development, and collaborate with partners to enhance networks and outcomes while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Experience of working with vulnerable adults or survivors of domestic abuse.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
