Are you a Senior Refrigeration Engineer, looking for your next step into a Managing Engineer role? Or are you already a Managing Engineer within Refrigeration looking to join a strong and stable company within the Supermarket FM area?If so we have an opportunity for you. You will reside within South West Region or the surrounding areas and have proven supermarket refrigeration experience.
You will have responsibility for a team of Refrigeration Engineers to ensure that planned and reactive maintenance tasks are completed on‑time and to budget. You will also be responsible for the call‑out rota and ensure adequate and safe cover at all time
You’ll enjoy working autonomously in a pressurised environment and be able to prioritise a complex and demanding workload. You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to communicate operational issues effectively within your region. You’ll be customer‑service driven and enjoy working within a people‑focused environment.
As our clients predominantly operate on a 24/7 basis, there is a requirement to be flexible with working hours to protect customer service levels and provide continuity of service, including weekend working and on‑call cover.
