Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Refrigeration Installation Engineer for London and surrounding areas. You will install commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, connect equipment and pipework, and support fault finding and commissioning on customer sites.

The role requires strong refrigeration installation experience, CO2 experience is highly desirable, and a full UK driving licence. Expect 40 hours per week with overtime and a shared rota; predominantly London-based work.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Refrigeration Installation Engineer.
• Strong commercial/industrial refrigeration installation experience.
• Good understanding of refrigeration systems and installation methods.
• CO2 refrigeration and pack experience highly desirable.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Salary: Around £23 per hour DOE
Hours: 40 hours per week + overtime
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Role

• Installation of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems

• Working with refrigeration packs and associated systems
• CO₂ refrigeration installation where experienced
• Fault finding and commissioning support
• Working from drawings and technical specifications
• Completing installation and service documentation
• Working safely and professionally on customer sites
• Occasional call-outs as part of a shared rota

About You

• Previous experience as a Refrigeration Installation Engineer
• Strong commercial/industrial refrigeration installation experience
• Good understanding of refrigeration systems and installation methods
• CO₂ refrigeration and pack experience highly desirable
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good fault-finding and technical skills
• Relevant refrigeration qualifications
• Full UK driving licence

Package

• Around £23 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
• 40 hours per week
• Additional hours and overtime available
• Shared weekly call-out rota
• Travel time paid within reasonable limits
• 1.5x overtime between midnight-6am and Saturdays
• 2x overtime on Sundays and bank holidays
• Predominantly London-based work
