Job summary

Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking a capable Service Engineer to cover the Peterborough, Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. You will service and maintain air conditioning, chillers and refrigeration systems across a varied portfolio of commercial sites.

You will perform fault finding and repairs on a range of equipment, with a 1 in 4 call-out rota and ample overtime opportunities. A company van, tablet, PPE and pension are provided, along with annual leave and sick pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in service, maintenance and fault finding of air conditioning, chillers and refrigeration equipment.
• Experience across commercial HVAC environments and public sector sites preferred.
• F-Gas certification and full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and fault-finding of air conditioning, chillers and refrigeration equipment.
• Carry out repairs and fault diagnosis on commercial HVAC systems.
• Covering Peterborough, Milton Keynes and surrounding areas with occasional travel.
• Maintain high service standards and customer liaison during site visits.

An established and growing building services company is seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join its team covering the Peterborough, Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer looking for a varied role involving air conditioning, chillers and commercial refrigeration across a diverse portfolio of commercial and public sector sites.

The Role

Working as part of a service team, you'll be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault finding and repair of a range of equipment, including:

• Commercial Air Conditioning Systems
• Single Split & Multi-Split Systems
• VRF/VRV Systems
• Chillers
• Cold Rooms
• Walk-in Fridges & Freezers
• Commercial Refrigeration Equipment
• Catering Refrigeration Equipment

Coverage Area

• Milton Keynes
• Bedford
• Luton
• St Albans
• Cambridge
• Huntingdon
• Peterborough

There may be occasional travel outside of these areas when required.

Salary & Benefits

• £48,000 - £50,000 Basic Salary
• 1 in 4 Call-Out Rota
