StartMonday in Wiltshire is seeking a Refrigeration Engineer to service, install and maintain commercial catering refrigeration equipment, including cold rooms, ice machines and warewash-related systems. This role emphasizes work‑life balance and long‑term career stability.

The successful engineer will have proven experience with commercial refrigeration, be comfortable with on‑site visits, and join a supportive team that offers training and development, a company van, and a structured bonus

Location: Wiltshire
Salary: £40,000 basic | OTE £50,000+ with overtime and on‑call
