StartMonday is seeking a Refrigeration Engineer to join our Wiltshire team. You will service, install and maintain commercial refrigeration and related catering equipment, including cold rooms, ice machines and warewashing units, with a focus on uptime and reliability.

We offer a £40,000 basic salary with an OTE of £50,000+ achievable through overtime and on‑call work, plus a company van, bonus scheme and ongoing training. A stable role with strong support and work‑life balance awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial refrigeration including cold equipment and cold rooms.
• Experience with ice machines and catering appliances.
