Trident Recruitment Ltd are working with a leading employee-owned refrigeration specialist who are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join their growing regional team. This role covers refrigeration across commercial and industrial installations, with full training to develop CO2 expertise.

The engineer will travel across the region, including London, with great opportunities to progress. The candidate will service, diagnose and repair systems, perform PPMs, and maintain

Competenze

• F-Gas Certification is required.
• NVQ Level 2 minimum in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning; Level 3 preferred.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills are essential.

Mansioni

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
• Fault finding, diagnostics and reactive breakdowns.
• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM).

Salary: £45,000 – £47,174 + overtime

Hours: Monday – Friday, 45 hours per week

Job Type: Full-time, PermanentTrident Recruitment are working with a leading employee-owned refrigeration specialist who are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join their growing regional team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer looking for a varied role working across commercial and industrial refrigeration, with the opportunity to develop specialist experience in CO2 refrigeration. CO2 experience is not required – full training and hands-on development will be provided alongside experienced CO2 engineers.

The Role

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing refrigeration and air conditioning systems
• Fault finding, diagnostics and reactive breakdowns
• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Completing service and repair documentation
• Building strong customer relationships
• Developing your technical knowledge of CO2 refrigeration systems

We're looking for an experienced refrigeration engineer with:

• F-Gas Certification
• NVQ Level 2 minimum in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning – Level 3 preferred
• Previous refrigeration industry experience
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Flexibility to travel across the region, including London
• A genuine interest in developing CO2 refrigeration skills
