Trident Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing regional team in the North West. You will service, repair and maintain refrigeration and air conditioning systems, carry out diagnostics and reactive breakdown work, and perform planned maintenance while documenting all activities.

Training for CO₂ refrigeration is provided, and you will travel across the region with full UK driving license; earning £45,000–£47,174 plus overtime and benefits including a

Competenze

• F-Gas Certification is required.
• NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning minimum; Level 3 preferred.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Experience in refrigeration industry is preferred.
• Willingness to travel across the region, including London.

Mansioni

Trident Recruitment are working with a leading employee-owned refrigeration specialist who are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join their growing regional team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer looking for a varied role working across commercial and industrial refrigeration, with the opportunity to develop specialist experience in CO₂ refrigeration.

CO₂ experience is not required - full training and hands-on development will be provided alongside experienced CO₂ engineers.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing refrigeration and air conditioning systems
• Fault finding, diagnostics and reactive breakdowns
• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Completing service and repair documentation
• Building strong customer relationships
• Developing your technical knowledge of CO₂ refrigeration systems

We're looking for an experienced refrigeration engineer with:

• F-Gas Certification
• NVQ Level 2 minimum in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning - Level 3 preferred
• Previous refrigeration industry experience
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Flexibility to travel across the region, including London
• A genuine interest in developing CO₂ refrigeration skills
