Job summary
Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a Refrigeration Engineer for the North West region. The role involves planned and reactive maintenance, service and repair of heavy commercial and light industrial refrigeration systems across food production sites.
You will visit sites nationwide, with a 40-hour week, overtime opportunities and a company van with optional personal use. Salary up to £48,000 DOE plus benefits and healthcare.
Qualifications
- Fgas Cat 1 certification required.
- Full UK Driving Licence required.
Responsibilities
- Planned and reactive maintenance, service, fault finding and repairs on Cold Rooms, Freezer Rooms, Air-Cooled & Water-Cooled Chillers.
- Visiting sites across food production, bakery & brewery sectors.
- Travel to various sites across the UK for service work.

Refrigeration Engineer required in the North West. Our client is a well-established refrigeration and process engineering company with a reputation built on technical excellence and quality of delivery. They specialise in the design, installation, service and maintenance of all types of heavy commercial & light industrial refrigeration systems, specialising in the food production, bakery & brewery sectors.
- Up to £48,000 Basic Salary DOE
- Door to Door travel paid
- 40 Hour working week
- Plenty of overtime available & 2x
- 1 in 6 on call rota - £200 retainer paid + overtime rates for call out
- OTE £60,000+
- 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
- Company van provided with optional personal use
