Allcool NW Ltd is seeking a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer to install, service, and maintain HVAC systems across the Northwest and Fylde Coast. You will diagnose faults, perform repairs, and work on split AC, VRV/VRF, AHUs, cold and freezer rooms, while maintaining high customer service standards.

The role offers a competitive salary (£38,500–£47,000 per year), a 1-in-10 on-call rota with allowance, a company vehicle with fuel card, full PPE, uniform, pension, and ongoing training

Role Responsibilities and Duties

• Installing, servicing and maintaining air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs

Working on systems including:

• Split AC systems
• VRV / VRF systems
• Air handling units
• Cold and freezer rooms
• Communicating with customers and providing a high level of service
• Completing job reports using our CRM system
• Following company health and safety procedures
• On-call rota (currently 1 in 10) with on-call allowance

This role may suit an Air Conditioning Engineer, HVAC Engineer, Refrigeration Engineer, Service Engineer, or AC Installation Engineer.

Additional Duties

• Undertake other tasks not limited to this list that may be required by the company.
• F-Gas certification (C&G 2079)
• Experience in installation, service, maintenance and fault finding
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Competitive Salary: £38,500 to £47,000 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
