Job summary

Allcool NW Ltd is seeking an entry-level HVAC trainee to join our growing team in the United Kingdom. You will learn maintenance on air conditioning, refrigeration and related systems, begin fault-finding, and work with VRV/VRF and cold rooms under the guidance of experienced engineers.

No prior HVAC experience required; the role includes on-the-job training, a company vehicle, overtime, 33 days holiday, PPE, pension, and ongoing development opportunities within a Nordic Climate Group.

Qualifications

• You do not need HVAC or refrigeration experience; on-the-job training provided.
• Reliable, hardworking and eager to learn.
• Good manual skills and comfort with tools.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Learn fault-finding and repair techniques from experienced engineers.
• Work on equipment including split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems, refrigeration units and cold rooms.
• Update work information on mobile job management system.
• Provide great service to customers.
• Work safely and professionally at all times.

Salary: £28,000 to £34,500 per year depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out planned maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration systems

• Updating work information using our mobile job management system
• Providing great service to customers
• Working safely and professionally at all times
