Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer for our client, a specialist HVACR service provider covering the South East. You will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, fault-finding and repair of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems across bars, pubs, restaurants and other commercial properties.

The role offers a basic salary of £40,000–£45,000 DOE, a 37.5 hour week, travel time paid after 30 minutes, overtime, out-of-hours

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
• F-gas Cat 1 qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, fault-find and repair commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
• Cover South East properties such as bars, pubs, restaurants and other commercial premises.

Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer - Job Overview

A Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer is required for our client, a specialist HVACR service provider based in the South West. Due to continued growth within the business, our client is looking to recruit an additional Engineer to join their South East division. The Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, fault-finding and repair of a wide range of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including:

• Bottle Coolers
• Walk-in-Chillers
• Upright Fridges & Freezers
• Cold Rooms & Cold Stores
• VRV and VRF systems
• Split and multi-split systems

The Service Engineer will be required to attend properties such as Bars, Pubs, Restaurants & Commercial properties across the South East.

Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer - Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary £40,000 - £45,000 DOE
• 37 1/2hr working week
• Travel time paid after 30 minutes each way
• Overtime readily available
• 1 in 5 out of hours on call rota - weekends only (£25 per day for being on call + overtime rates if called out)
