Mount Carmel Roman Catholic High School in Accrington is seeking an exceptional Reflect Room Manager to lead our internal reflection provision, helping pupils reflect on behaviour, rebuild relationships and return to learning successfully.
You will work closely with pastoral leaders and teaching staff to create a calm, purposeful environment where pupils take responsibility for their actions and develop skills to thrive, with a part-time, term-time position paid pro-rata.
