Join to apply for the Referrals Receptionist role at Bo Asian Bistro.

Position Details
  • Location: Sheffield (S9)
  • Contract: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm)
  • Salary: £23,800 per annum

You will be a key member of Exemplar Health Care's team, providing vital support as the first point of contact for incoming referrals. This role offers professional growth and collaboration within the Referrals and Business Development department.

Role Responsibilities
  • Handle all communication politely and effectively to promote the organisation's reputation
  • Take calls from enquirers and record information accurately in Caresys
  • Pass messages correctly and document interactions
  • Submit clinician information via portals and assist with feedback gathering
  • Support data analysis to meet departmental needs
