Job description

We are currently recruiting a Receptionist for a 3-month temporary contract at our luxury care home in Matlock, Derbyshire. Providing high-quality Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Palliative care for up to 78 residents, we’re looking for a warm, organised and professional individual to be the welcoming face of our home.

What We Offer

  • £12.21 per hour
  • 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
  • Paid DBS, pension scheme, and uniform provided
  • Free onsite parking
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave (pro rata, based on temporary contract)

What You Will Do

  • Welcome and Support: Greet and assist residents, visitors, and professionals with warmth and professionalism.
  • Mail Management: Sort and distribute incoming mail.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, update resident information, and assist with filing and photocopying.
  • Office Organisation: Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Policy Adherence: Follow company procedures and contribute to a positive working environment.
  • Other Duties: Carry out reasonable tasks as requested by the Home Manager.
