An established industry player is looking for a full-time Administrator/Receptionist to join their dynamic team in Leeds. This diverse role involves providing essential administrative support across various teams, ensuring efficient operations within the hub. Waythrough was launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. Our vision is to break down barriers that prevent people from accessing support to live fulfilling lives. We address poverty and disadvantage in communities through mental health, substance misuse, housing, and related support services.
We operate nearly 200 services across England with around 3,500 dedicated staff and volunteers, supporting approximately 125,000 people annually.
As we integrate our systems, processes, and approaches, some branding may still reflect 'Humankind'. Our recruitment systems will be fully integrated next year, but currently remain separate.
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Reception cover during absences may be required and will be discussed if needed.
