Job summary

Fox Resourcing & Recruitment Ltd in Kettering is seeking 20+ Production Operatives for day and night shifts at a busy plastics recycling facility. You will support day-to-day operations, move materials through the plant and help maintain a safe, organized work environment.

Shifts run days 06:00–18:00 (£12.71/hr) and nights 19:00–05:00 (£13.71/hr). We offer weekly pay, full training, transport to/from the office, long-term work and opportunities to move into a permanent role.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and flexible; able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate baling equipment safely, following training and site procedures
• Move and empty stillages from designated areas
• Transfer waste materials to the correct processing areas
• Assist with sorting and handling recyclable plastics
• Complete daily equipment checks and report faults or maintenance issues
• Monitor sorting lines and report potential hazards or blockages
• Assist with clearing blockages only where trained and authorised
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and organised
• Follow all health and safety procedures and site rules
