The role offers a stable schedule with pay of £13.48 per hour and a Wednesday pay cycle. Key duties include sorting recyclable materials, loading and unloading, keeping the site hazard-free, and following site health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in recycling, waste management, warehousing or similar is useful but not required.
• Reliable and positive attitude.
• Good health and safety awareness.
• Able to perform practical duties during a shift.
• Team player and able to follow instructions.
• Good timekeeping and attendance.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Sorting and separating recyclable materials
• Loading, unloading and moving materials safely
• Keeping work areas clean, organised and free from hazards
• Following site procedures, health and safety guidance and instructions
• Supporting the wider operational team to maintain an efficient workflow
• Reporting damaged equipment, hazards or quality concerns promptly
