Job summary
Kemp Eko Talent Ltd is partnering with a leading manufacturing business to recruit a Recycling Plant Operator for their site in the United Kingdom. The role involves operating plant machinery, cranes, telehandlers, and supporting safe site operations, with a Monday to Friday day shift and a £39,000 salary plus benefits.
You will inspect equipment, assist junior staff, load/unload vehicles, and uphold PPE and health and safety procedures in a busy recycling facility.
Qualifications
- Experience operating plant machinery, telehandlers, cranes, heavy or agricultural machinery.
- Ability to operate various site equipment and perform basic inspections.
Responsibilities
- Operate plant machinery and crane systems on site.
- Load and unload vehicles and assist with site balers.
- Support junior staff and maintain a clean, safe working area.
- Follow health and safety procedures and wear PPE.
