Job description

This position is for the Napanee area! The targeted onboarding date is June 1st.

Job Duties:

1. Operate waste collection/recycling vehicles (Rear Pack and Manual side loader);
2. Load curbside materials into the truck;
3. Observe safe work practices;
4. Provide excellent customer service in accordance with company policies;
5. Ensure assigned routes are successfully completed in a timely and safe manner;
6. Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and complete Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.

Requirements:

1. Valid Ontario DZ driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract and CVOR;
2. Minimum one-year experience driving with DZ license OR an AZ graduate from an accredited driving school;
3. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs;
4. Able to successfully pass a background check including an MTO medical/drug test, criminal history search, license verification, and employment confirmation;
5. Punctual, reliable, team player.
