The role
To support the management and analysis of data across the commercial function, we have a vacancy for an Assistant Contract Managerwho is responsible for the successful delivery of reporting across the Royal Mail Group. The Assistant Contract Managerwill predominantly deal with the waste and recycling contract, with the intention that, when better understood and better managed, the volumes can be reduced, reused, or recycled.
Accountabilities
Location – Remote UK based role, with a requirement to conduct 4-5 site audits per month across the UK. Due to the travel requirement, a full UK driving licence is essential and the ability to travel extensively.

This role attracts PFSL terms and conditions, if successful and a Royal Mail employee you will be accepting the following T&Cs
• You will maintain your continuous service
• Pension plan - you will join the RMPFS DC scheme, unless you are part of RMPP (or equivalent)
• Your annual leave entitlement is stated on the advert, unless receiving more in current. If so you’ll keep current entitlement until end of leave year then revert to max for new role
• You will only be entitled to PFSL benefits and not Royal Mail’s (e.g. no longer have access to My Bundle and may receive termination chargers)
• If you have any free share allocation less than 3 years old you will lose these, any older than 3 years will need to be sold
