Higher Success Ltd in Bromley is seeking a Billing Manager with Salesforce recruitment experience. You will be a 360 recruiter, bringing in new clients while managing and growing a team of three recruiters.

The team focuses on the UK, Europe and US markets, with significant investment in growth and development opportunities. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years in IT recruitment, Salesforce experience, and a minimum of 2 years in management.

Opportunity

Billing Manager position with Salesforce recruitment experience either in Contract or Perm. You will be a 360 recruiter with a mindset to bring in new clients but you will benefit from existing business also and you will manage and grow an existing team of 3 recruiters. The team are successful and billing well already. The team focus on UK, Europe and US and we are also hiring another 3 consultants for the team currently so there is huge investment in this business.

Requirements

• Experienced IT recruiter who has covered salesforce ideally
• 5 years recruitment experience plus is most likely to be suitable
• Still excited about recruitment and still developing new business and keen to continue being client centric
• You will likely need at least 2 years of management experience
• Ability to work autonomously with good sense of self direction
• Success orientated and good work ethic
